Position Description

Job Title: Clinical Wellness Nurse (RN or LPN)

Type: Full-time | 40 hours/week | 4-month assignment

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Wellness Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our onsite clinic supporting American Eagle employees and their families. This role focuses on health promotion, wellness coordination, and clinic operations to foster a healthy workplace environment.

In collaboration with internal teams, you’ll lead onsite wellness initiatives, coordinate events, and monitor outcomes. You'll be an active participant in cultivating a culture of well-being by delivering meaningful health experiences and supporting preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

Educate employees on wellness programs, tools, and services.
Raise visibility and engagement for on-site health initiatives.
Plan and support wellness events and targeted health campaigns.
Serve as a role model and advocate for healthy living.
Collaborate with benefits and account teams to optimize program impact.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Kansas (required).
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital setting.
Experience in client-facing healthcare environments.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently.
Prior experience with virtual care or telemedicine (preferred).
Passion for wellness, prevention, and patient education.
